Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
