Starting base salary is $45K with growth opportunities; average earnings range from $55K-$75K, with top performers earning $85k+ through commissions. Eligibility includes licensing in required states.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert to policyholders.
• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages and products.
• Provide accurate recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
