Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance products. You’ll receive paid training and licensing, and you can work remotely in a role with strong earning potential.

Starting base salary is competitive with commissions; successful agents can grow earnings significantly as you gain experience and licensing across states. Training includes licensing support and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads; consult customers on insurance needs and tailor coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

• Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; shifts 11:30am-10pm EST etc. for minimum 6 months.
