Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Training and licensing are paid, with no cold calls and a flexible work arrangement.

All positions start with paid training in a remote environment; licensing can be completed via company programs, and a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is typical, with equipment provided for home offices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• Act as a Front Lines Liaison, representing the Liberty Mutual brand and connecting customers to right products.
• Work remotely with provided equipment and a structured training/licensing program.
