Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one, you will start paid training in a remote work environment. If you don’t have a Property & Casualty license, the training includes licensing. Expect a 16–18 week training period and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
