Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, with paid training and licensing included. You will work in a remote environment after paid training, contributing to a strong sales team with generous earning potential.

You will receive comprehensive benefits, a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, and support to obtain your Property & Casualty license, either already licensed or through training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
• Match customer needs with appropriate coverages and products.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
• Work in a remote environment and adhere to the schedule (4 weekdays + 1 weekend).
