Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads. You will consult customers on their insurance needs, match coverages, and convert leads into policyholders while representing a trusted national brand.

From day one, you’ll receive paid training and licensing, with a schedule requiring 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Training spans 16 weeks (licensed) or 18 weeks (unlicensed); benefits start Day 1, and equipment/work-from-home setup is provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their needs.
• Work from home or in a hybrid office environment with reliable equipment and connectivity.
