Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty license required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• Represent Liberty Mutual by connecting customers to the right products for their needs.
• Work remotely and adapt to varying schedules while maintaining high service standards.
