Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on the right insurance options and converting leads into policyholders. You will participate in paid training and licensing, with a schedule that supports a remote work environment and a 4-day/1-weekend pattern.

Training lasts 16–18 weeks depending on licensing, with comprehensive benefits from Day 1 and opportunities for growth within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
