Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on appropriate insurance products and coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one, paid training and licensing are provided, with a delivery model that supports remote work and flexible scheduling. Expect 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with strong earning potential through commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
