Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one you will receive paid training in a remote work environment, with licensing included if you do not yet have a Property & Casualty license. The role offers licensing, benefits and a clear path to progression.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads as an Inside Sales Agent.
• Consult customers on insurance needs and match coverages to products.
