Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring for an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the best insurance products. You will receive paid training, licensing support, and full benefits in a remote/at-home setup.

Expect a 4-weekday and 1 weekend-day schedule, with a base salary and commission structure designed for growth across licensing states. Training spans 16–18 weeks depending on licensing status.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, Engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
