Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance choices and converting leads into policyholders. Training is provided remotely, with licensing included if needed, and a clear path to growth.

From day one, you will join a paid training program, with licensing opportunities across states. The role features a structured schedule, comprehensive benefits from day one, and no cold calls as you engage with

Competenze

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads; consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.
• Provide guidance to customers on suitable coverages and benefits.
• Work in a remote environment with paid training and licensing.
• Maintain schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; standard shifts listed.
• All equipment is provided; ensure home office meets W@H requirements.
