Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads and consult with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Remain in resident state for at least one year before relocation due to licensing.
