Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance solutions. Training begins day one with paid licensing included, and roles offer a remote work setup and stepwise compensation growth.

You will participate in 16–18 weeks of training, earn benefits from day one, and have schedules including evenings on weekdays and a weekend day, with opportunities for rewards and advancement within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and matching coverages.
