Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring for an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on suitable coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders. The role includes paid training, licensing and remote work from day one, with a schedule requiring 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Qualified candidates typically have 2–3 years of sales experience or related work, strong communication and persuasive abilities, plus the license requirement after hire.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
