• 18+ years old
• Active driver's license
• Life/Health insurance license is a strong bonus but not required
• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Provide warm, professional service onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients (appointments, inquiries, eligibility, claims, billing, policies)
• Ensure paperwork is up to date and records are well kept
