• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or professional client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a professional network.

• Clear and articulate communication style for client consultations.
• Comfortable using industry-standard agency management systems and digital scheduling tools.
