Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license
• 5+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Handle a caseload independently from inception through resolution
• Bill a minimum of 160 hours per month
