We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney / Partner for a 100% fully remote Texas position. The role offers up to $200K base salary plus bonuses, with a remote-first, trust-based culture and potential partner track.

You will lead a defense practice focusing on high-stakes liability matters for insurers and self-insured clients. Key duties include managing 15–35 active files, handling defense from intake through resolution, and mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense.
• Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes).

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of 15–35 active liability files.
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections.
• Maintain ~160 billable hours per month.
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team.
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE) with discretionary year-end bonus.

The Role

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+)
