Responsibilities include managing caseloads independently, focusing on trucking and premises liability cases, and meeting billing targets. Excellent advocacy skills and a strong background in relevant litigation are required. This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 and benefits including medical, dental, and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience.
• Preferred background in trucking and premises liability.

Responsabilités

• Handle a caseload independently from inception through resolution in insurance defense matters.
• Focus on trucking and premises liability cases.
• Meet a billing target of minimum of 160 hours per month.
