Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience.
• Preferred background in trucking and premises liability.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload independently from inception through resolution in insurance defense matters.
• Focus on trucking and premises liability cases.
• Meet a billing target of minimum of 160 hours per month.
