Remote candidates across the United States are welcome, with multi-state admission requirements and a track record of handling bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and general liability claims.

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas.
• 5+ years of substantive insurance defense litigation and personal injury experience.
• Strong trial capabilities and strategic case management.
• Experience handling complex bodily injury, wrongful death, and general liability claims.
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts, insurers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Analyze claims, liability, and damages exposure with strategic recommendations.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Coordinate depositions, prepare witnesses, and engage experts.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurers, clients, and co-counsel for effective case management.
