Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking an Insurance Account Specialist to process routine insurance tasks, meet quality and time deadlines, and operate within client systems following security policies. This is a remote position based in the United States.

You will respond to inquiries, support senior staff, collaborate with offshore teams, navigate multiple systems, and help maintain SLAs while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property and Casualty License preferred (required to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Professional customer service and/or processing experience required.
• 2+ years insurance experience required (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.).
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel).
• Process-focused and strong attention-to-detail.
• Technological proficiency - ability to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of client and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
• Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by proactively processing service-related issues
• Collaborate with offshore Service Delivery Teams on client work and provide feedback to offshore teams
• Independently operate client and carrier systems and process routine insurance tasks; Document work in client/company database
• Follow established procedures to meet quality SLAs while maintaining security policies/standards
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals
