Job summary

ReSource Pro Compliance is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join a friendly, service-oriented team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, process regulatory compliance tasks, and support sales and client intake to strengthen trust.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, be in the Central Time Zone, and possess strong communication and deescalation skills. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office - Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills.
• Located in the Central time zone to accommodate the needs of clients.
• Customer-centric mindset, enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information to clients and effectively deescalate customer frustrations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat.
