Job summary

Markel Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to be the first contact for customers pursuing insurance inquiries. You will deliver a high-quality service experience and build rapport for renewals.

The role requires staying current with procedures, products, and programs, and maintaining dependable attendance in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility includes a Property/Casualty license, 2+ years of insurance sales/service, and comfort with multi-system tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Property/Casualty Insurance License required; 2+ years of insurance sales/service experience.
