American Advantage Insurance -Nelson Agency, Inc. is seeking a remote CSR with prior insurance industry experience. This full-time role handles policy changes, billing inquiries, and quoting, from a home office. You must provide your own office equipment and operate Mon-Fri with no nights or weekends.

Starting at $22/hour, there is a 401k with match, and no health insurance. Extensive customer service/administrative experience is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

• Extensive office customer service/administrative experience is a MUST!
• Must be able to accurately type 40+ words per minute
• Property & Casualty Insurance License (current/active preferred, but required within 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Answering phone/emails and handling customer’s requests such as policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, etc
• Entering and issuing quotes/policies
• Entering and documenting new customer accounts
• General administrative tasks
