Job summary

Angela Adams Consulting Services provides remote CSR services (commercial and personal lines) to agency clients. The role focuses on meeting contractual obligations, timely communication with leadership and clients, and accurate timekeeping while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have independent insurance experience, familiarity with Vertafore AMS, and a preferred P&C license, with strong insurance knowledge and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deliver service

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of independent insurance experience.
• Experience with Vertafore agency management systems (preferred).
• Insurance P&C License strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked.
• Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients.
• Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work.
• Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services.

The Role

Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services in both commercial and personal lines to agency clients. This role is essential to ensuring agencies receive accurate, timely, and professional support in managing their daily service needs.
