We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney in New Jersey with remote work options. The role focuses on evaluating and litigating complex third-party coverage disputes, delivering sophisticated legal research, and developing proactive strategies.

You will draft filings, manage discovery, and align with client objectives. The ideal candidate has a JD, strong research/writing abilities, and experience fostering insurer relations and business development.

Qualifications

• Requires JD and bar admission in good standing.
• Experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills for complex coverage disputes.
• Ability to develop proactive litigation and coverage strategies.
• Proven ability to build insurer and client relationships and contribute to growth.

Responsabilités

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation, evaluating and litigating complex Third-Party Coverage disputes.
• Deliver high-impact legal research and strategy, analyzing case law, statutes, and policy language.
• Draft and manage pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision.
• Drive client relationships and practice growth, identifying opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
