We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan (Remote) seeks an Insurance Defense/Coverage Attorney to handle defense of construction defect, trucking, premises, and products claims across New York and New Jersey, while developing coverage positions and indemnity arguments.

The ideal candidate is admitted to the New York bar, has 3–7 years of post‑bar experience in defense or coverage, and is comfortable taking depositions and preparing cases for mediation and trial.

Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar (New Jersey a plus).
• 3–7 years post-bar experience in insurance defense, construction, or coverage.
• Experience defending in New York and New Jersey courts.

Responsibilities

• Defend NY/NJ construction defect, trucking, premises, and products claims.
• Draft coverage positions and additional-insured/indemnity arguments.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial, including dispositive motions.
