Qualifications

• JD with active New York bar.
• 3–10 years post-bar insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
• Depositions taken on liability files, ideally construction, products, or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Defend high-exposure construction, products, transportation, and general liability claims in New York state and federal court.
• Take and defend depositions, including experts on catastrophic files.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage-adjacent defense positions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
