Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to support a defense-side practice focused on coverage analysis and related litigation. This role offers substantive responsibility, frequent issue spotting, and hands-on work with policies, claims, and disputes.

The position is fully remote with an annual billable target of 1,900 hours and a minimum base salary of $175,000. Requires JD and at least 1 year of insurance coverage experience; strong research and writing

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 1+ year of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience managing assignments and deadlines at the appropriate level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret insurance coverage policies, exclusions, endorsements, and coverage triggers.
• Draft coverage correspondence and position letters; support coverage strategy development.
• Assist with or manage coverage litigation tasks, including pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
• Prepare research memos and client-facing work product with attention to detail and practical risk framing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on claim handling and dispute resolution.
