Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to provide front-line phone support to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and meeting service standards, with daily call volumes ranging from 75 to 100.

You will develop insurance knowledge and collaborate with management to address service issues. Initial six months require onsite work at NTT DATA, Inc.; after that, performance-based transition to a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a professional/office environment with regularly scheduled shifts.
• 1+ year using Windows PC applications and learning new software tools.
• 6+ months of attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
• 6+ months of professional written/oral communication experience.
• Education level of at least a high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.
• Handle 75–100 calls per day.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
• Develop and maintain solid working knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with management and team members to proactively address service issues.
