Mission Underwriting Services is seeking a Business Analyst to join a remote-first team in the United States. You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement technology platforms that fit current requirements and future enhancements.

You’ll analyze business needs, prioritize work, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices while staying aligned with regulatory and insurance domain knowledge. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
• Experience in documenting requirements and prioritization within roadmaps and tech direction.
• Knowledge of KPIs for risk, insurance, and claims.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and determine tools and approaches per standards.
• Collaborate to ensure repeatable, scalable collection and prioritization of work.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay current with leading technology products and techniques.

• Assist in managing projects with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
