You'll manage an active book of business, follow up diligently, and participate in community events to grow brand awareness while upholding our values of honesty and service.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales or client-focused environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
• High level of comfort using digital tools and office productivity software.
• Self-motivated personality with a desire to build a local network.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and long-term security goals.
• Draft and present customized quotes that provide the right protection for our clients.
• Manage and maintain an active book of business with consistent follow-up and care.
• Network within Lemont Furnace to grow your presence and represent our agency values.
