The Atlantic District in Harrisonburg, VA seeks an Insurance Agent who builds relationships and advises clients on financial protection. You’ll listen, guide neighbors, and grow a client portfolio in a friendly, community-focused office environment.

You will identify coverage gaps, propose tailored solutions, and manage your sales pipeline while supporting colleagues and participating in local events to boost agency presence.

Qualifications

• License required: Virginia Life and Health Insurance
• Must have a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain insurance concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Harrisonburg community and regional market dynamics

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with local individuals and families to assess protection needs.
• Identify gaps in coverage and propose customized solutions.
