Job summary

The Atlantic District in Indiana, PA is seeking a Multi-line Agent to help individuals and businesses navigate insurance decisions. You will assess needs, tailor coverage, and guide clients through policies while building trusted relationships within the local community.

Ideal candidates bring active P&C and Life/Accident & Health licenses, 3+ years of sales experience, and comfort with digital tools. The role offers a base salary + commission, bonus opportunities, PTO, and a flexible, hybrid

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Three or more years of successful insurance sales experience.
• Deep familiarity with the Indiana, PA community and surrounding areas.
• Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity suites.
• Excellent conversational skills and the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
• Prior experience in small business insurance or commercial lines is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess the individual needs of families and business owners to recommend the right coverage options.
• Manage a diverse book of business, focusing on maintaining long-term client retention and satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to members of the Indiana community to discuss their protection needs and potential gaps in coverage.
• Draft and present customized insurance proposals that address specific life milestones and risk exposures.
• Collaborate with our home office support staff to ensure efficient policy processing and claim navigation.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local community events and foster neighborhood partnerships.
