Job summary

The Atlantic District in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a community‑minded Multi-line Agent to advise families and small businesses on comprehensive insurance solutions. You will connect with local residents, assess protection needs, and design tailored coverages while promoting a collaborative, growth‑driven culture.

You will be licensed in PA (P&C and Life & Health) and adept at in‑person client meetings, with a focus on building a sustainable sales pipeline and a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Strong comfort with face-to-face community engagement and networking.
• Experience using modern agency management systems and digital lead-tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to simplify insurance jargon.
• Prior experience in small business or personal lines insurance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members of the Chambersburg community to understand their specific protection needs.
• Evaluate individual risk profiles to design comprehensive, multi-line insurance solutions.
• Meet with prospective and current clients in person to review their coverage and adjust as life changes occur.
• Proactively reach out to local businesses to discuss commercial insurance options that support their growth.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach strategies and community presence.
