The Atlantic District in Tolland is seeking an Agency Manager to lead our local office and cultivate a high-performing team. You will guide daily operations, drive sales, mentor staff, and strengthen community connections to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty license for Connecticut.
• Three or more years leading a sales team in insurance.
• Ability to meet monthly production targets.
• Understanding of local market dynamics and small business growth strategies.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and drive sales growth for our Tolland location.
• Mentor and coach your team to help them reach professional milestones and sales goals.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase visibility in the community.
• Foster a positive and collaborative office culture where people feel supported and valued.
• Review key performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies to ensure we are serving clients effectively.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and build lasting partnerships with local businesses.
