Job summary

HMG Careers is recruiting for a 100% remote, commissioned sales role focused on insurance benefit programs for union members, veterans, and families across Canada and the United States.

You will handle company-provided leads, conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, and guide clients through enrollment decisions. Training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed in a flexible, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in writing, over the phone, and via video meetings.
• Experience with sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients enroll.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and follow up with responsive service.
• Work with regional manager to set activity and performance goals.
