HMG Careers is seeking driven sales professionals to build a fully remote benefits advisor career from home. You will represent an established insurance brand serving union members, veterans, and families across Canada and the United States.

You'll receive company-provided leads, extensive training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching. Expect flexible hours, performance-based pay with commissions and renewal income, plus medical and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Training and licensing support will be provided.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs and help clients enroll.
• Serve union members, veterans, families and partner organizations.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with regional manager to meet activity and performance goals.
