HMG Careers offers a 100% remote sales role where you’ll build a career from home representing an established insurance brand serving members across Canada and the United States. You’ll receive leads, training, technology, and ongoing support to connect with prospective clients and help them select benefit programs that protect families.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000–$70,000 based on individual performance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication across writing, phone, and video meetings.
• Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions.
• Ability to manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom.
• Sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs and help clients enroll.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and partner organizations.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide responsive, professional service.
• Work with your regional manager to establish activity and performance goals.
