Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients enroll.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and partner groups.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide responsive service.
• Work with regional manager to set activity and performance goals.
