Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
• Previous sales, customer-service, or people-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide responsive, professional service.
• Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.
