A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a detail-oriented individual to enhance operations and customer service. This full-time remote position requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License and offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with a dynamic team.
We're looking for a smart, efficient, detail-oriented jack / jill-of-all-trades to make the most-loved Insurance Brokerage (that's us) run more smoothly. You are the candidate of our dreams, and we want you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will assist with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
Scheduling, networking, and follow-ups
and more... You will interact with all areas of the company to help us work more efficiently and meet our goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Our Customer Support team handles most Certificates, Billing, quoting, and basic endorsements. Your focus will be on the IMPORTANT Stuff.

REQUIREMENTS
You must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License and prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance.

This is a full-time position. While headquartered in San Luis Obispo, CA, we are open to candidates across California, and relocation is not required. You will have the flexibility to work from home. The position starts as soon as we find the right person.
