Mayvue is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams at Mayvue.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, developing and maintaining long-term relationships across various agencies.
- Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades, additional services, or software optimization.
- Travel up to 30% for trade shows and in-person site visits.
- Collaborate with the team to assemble RFI responses.
- Utilize CRM software to manage communication, track leads, and monitor customer success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (Required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook (Required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with upper management (Required).
- Experience with Government Transportation Infrastructure industry (Preferred).
- Experience with SaaS sales (Preferred).
- Experience with engineering and bridge sector products (Preferred).
- Experience with bid tracking software (Preferred).
