IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an Account Specialist to join the HPIEx Real Estate Program, supporting day-to-day servicing of a middle-to-large market book, coordinating with Account Managers and Executives while delivering exceptional client service.

This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment; remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of applicable insurance experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Understanding of property, general liability, umbrella/excess liability, and workers' compensation programs.

Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers and Account Executives on large and complex client accounts.
• Serve as backup to the Account Manager to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Identify issues and proactively support resolution with clients and team.
• Utilize EPIC to maintain account information and process certificates, billing, and policy changes.
• Prepare and respond to client service requests verbally and in writing.
• Work independently and on special projects as needed.
