Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an Account Specialist to support the day-to-day servicing needs of middle to large market accounts on the HPIEx Real Estate Program. This role offers remote work flexibility and requires a Property & Casualty license with 1–3 years of insurance experience.

The candidate will collaborate with Account Managers and Executives, manage details in EPIC, handle billing and policy changes, and participate in client communications and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 1-3 years of applicable insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supports and collaborates with Account Managers and Account Executives on large and complex client accounts.
• Serves as a back-up to Account Manager to ensure seamless service.
• Uses EPIC to maintain detailed account information and billing.
• Processes endorsements, billing transactions, and policy changes.
• Interacts with clients regarding program needs and service requests.
• Leads or supports special projects and client initiatives.
