IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to support the Account Manager and Account Executive on complex client accounts in a collaborative service team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and managing billing, loss analysis, and special project tasks. A general insurance designation is preferred, with MS Office skills and experience in AMS systems. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing coverage comparisons, submissions, and rate comparisons.
• Experience with invoicing, loss data analysis, and audits on policies.
• Ability to interact with clients and understand unique client needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Provides support to Account Manager & Account Executive on large client accounts.
• Interacts with clients regarding special program needs and new assignments.
• Delivers loss analysis and invoicing tasks, and tracks reconciliation.
• Maintains detailed information in AMS and handles scheduling/COI requests.
• Works independently and leads project assignments.
