Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to support the Account Manager and Account Executive on large and complex client accounts.

You will prepare coverage comparisons, submissions, premium and rate comparisons, and audits on expired or non-renewed policies. You will interact with clients regarding program needs, deliver on client expectations, back up AM as needed, and contribute to loss analysis, invoicing, and specialized reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office products required (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Applicable experience with specialty experience preferred.
• Pursuing other insurance designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager and Account Executive on large and complex client accounts with coverage comparisons and submissions.
• Prepare premium and rate comparisons and audits on expired/non-renewed policies.
• Interact with clients regarding program needs and new assignments.
• Back up AM as needed to maintain seamless service.
• Analyze loss data, invoicing, and specialized reporting.
