Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a high-touch client service professional for a fully remote insurance operation. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide full training and will cover pre-licensing education and exam for a Property & Casualty license.

You’ll have a clear advancement path into account management with senior leadership access. Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for a dedicated client base, handling inquiries by phone and email, supporting renewal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in a professional, high-touch environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; clear writing and confident speech.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM or client management software; quick to learn new platforms.
• Service-oriented mindset anticipating client needs beyond transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for a dedicated client base.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email with urgency, accuracy, and warmth.
• Proactively reach out to clients regarding coverage updates and milestones.
• Process routine policy transactions with high attention to detail.
• Maintain client records and activity logs in the agency management system.
• Support Account Managers in preparing renewal packages and summaries.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve service issues.
• Participate in team standups and contribute to a collaborative service operation.
• Travel occasionally for onboarding and team meetings.
